Castle and the Sword

Hello folks! I am still polishing that newfound, more cartoony, outlineless style... And and the same time try my best to utilise the lessons I am taking with Gnomon Workshop. This piece is both an attempt at composition and color harmonies, finding nice value contrasts, edges and internal color sensibility. Also, a way to tell a story without words. Eerie, dark, brooding castle, moonlit scenery, lonely, forgotten sword... You get the idea ;) 2 out of 5, I want to make a set of 5 works like that for bookmarks and practice.
