Mnomquah, the Monster in the Moon

A great, reptilian creature is more than merely a beast. Savage, for sure. Cruel, without question. And yet, this monstrous being is smart and filled to the brim with deceit, eager to sway both with venom of the mind as well as his indomitable might. And so, it had to bring much plight upon the Dreamlands, for the millenia without count he remains trapped on the Moon, bound to the unreal globe of silvery ash by some unspoken chains of eldritch endurance. He yearns now, spiteful and full of loathing, for his bride, his mate, the loathful Oorn. It is said that at the time of the great awekening, when the Great Ones will rise again from their many bondages, he will once again reunite with his monstrous lover to bear offspring of truly horrible nature, a scorn upon the cosmos as we know it. To that time, he remains locked to the lunar ground, seeping into the mind of weaker mortals, trying to endlessly find a way out of his imprisonment...
