064 – Sir Squimby

Not everyone in Wharf Town goes with the Mayor Whale grand plans smoothly. Running a city, even a prosperous one, with tyrannical overlordship will always cause some folks to rebel. But Sir Squimby isn’t a simple rabble, a basic revolutionary with fiery passion, can of spray paint and a bandana to cover his face, of no. He is the one who inspire such bunch and does it with deftness, elegance and delicacy that make him hard to take down even by the iron fist hold over the city that Mayor Whale possess. Squimby is a player, wealthy and clever, forming the only tangible opposition for the Mayor Whale, being able to even enforce proper election which he loses either by his own designs or by sheer luck on Mayor Whale side, as many people still have this hardy frontier spirit of building a better future rooted in their mind by his great vision and hard, ardent work. But the drop drill the rock, as they saying goes, and the revolutionary ideas of free press, workers laws and protections, shared good and regulated marker are spreading like cancer around the city. From the lowliest slums to the highest mansions, the tentacles of Sir Squimby reached them and spread the message, infecting minds and twisting their views. In some years to comer the city might be facing a change of rulership… Or a violent revolt.
