Meeting a new Friend

It was quite a lot of time since I did something traditional… Well at least for my own sake and beside the post-it doodles. In work I use pencils and markers but for now mostly for quick sketches and concepts of ideas. I needed a challenge, something new, in style I don’t tackle and more wholesome as an illustration. And so, this little ditty came to my mind – a bunch of random magical folk with clay masks meeting a new shiny snail friend on a phat mushroom on a floating island. Simple stuff really, and it’s going to be a base for my digital painting where I’ll try to incorporate some techniques from my latest learning sessions.
